From the first consultation to follow-up
Not every animal needs the same tests or follow-up. Care therefore begins with an individual consultation and continues only with the steps the veterinary professional considers appropriate.
Veterinary consultations
General assessment, follow-up and professional advice when health or behaviour changes.
X-ray and ultrasound
Diagnostic imaging to gather information and support the veterinary assessment.
Endoscopy
Endoscopic examination when the individual case calls for it.
Laboratory

An on-site operating theatre for procedures that have been assessed and planned in advance.
In-patient care
A dedicated space for animals requiring observation and care at the clinic.
The examination is the starting point
During the consultation, we discuss the change you have noticed, review the available history and examine your pet. The vet then explains the findings and the options worth considering.
Please bring any reports, previous results or information about current treatment to the appointment. It is also helpful to note when the problem began and whether appetite, behaviour or normal activity have changed.
